battery not charging when USB connected

Hello All,

I am new user of Sony Xperia Z3 and I'm experiencing some trouble with the battery: when connected to my computer, the phone seems to switch correctly in USB mode but is not charging, does it means that i cannot use my computer for charge ?

If you are using the phone while connected to your computer, most likely the battery is draining faster than it can recharge, which is normal

Actually I was'nt using it. I just have not enough power slot so I just wanted to charge through USB 🙂

Try a different USB port, again it won't charge that much, if it takes 2-3hours to charge from 0%to 100% using a wall charger, it could take double or more charging through a computer

I can not charge my xperia z 3 using my kia forte koup s usb port, but I had charhed other phone just fine...
