Battery meter error?

If i do restart my mobile then battery meter also getting reset as per below screenshot.

Pls advice how to resolve this.

If there are any breaks, it indicates that the device was powered off during that period.

i suggest you do a full charge and monitor your battery usage graph, observe if it happens again

Thanks guys for response. However i am sending you couple of more screenshot after full charge and discharge of battery. This is also more confusing.

I have already tried phone repair 2 times.
