Battery Life

This just started happeneing recently. I put my phone into the wall plug until its 100% battery. Once I take it out, the phone says 1% battery and then shuts itself down. Its been doing this for about 2 days. I dont know what the problem is. I updated the phone but its still the same.

Any suggestions?

do you have a battery app? does this happen soon after you repair your phone or after you install apps?

My battery app says "100% and Charging" and no, this was happening before the update. I thought the update would fix it.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? The phone is at 100% right now and is still shutting itself off.

this could be hardware releated, that's why you should test your battery with Service Menu

It has "Good, no need to replace it." But I still have the same problem.

you can repair it once more, if the same problem persists then take the phone to a sony repair center.
