Battery level sunddenly drops and again increases

Using Xperia E , i know its battery lasts just for 5-6 hrs but while using net its suddenly falls from 80-69 and when i disconnect data traffic it gets back to 72% (figures are just for example) it really confuses..:smileycry:

and you get this info from a battery app? or settings > power management > battery?

Have you tried to reboot the phone and run it one full charge down to 10% to check how long it lasts? Also check if you experience any more of these drops in percentage.

its average life when in full use is 5 hrs (from 100- 10 %) but when i keep it idle that 10 % increases  to 15%
