My Sony Xperia Z doesn't charge when switched off, it only charges when turned on.

is your phone at 0% when it charge? or u manually switch off your phone and charge? and how long did you leave it to charge when u switch it off?

• I manually switch my phone off when there is 6% charge left on it, and I left it for about half an hour and it wasn't charging, but when I switched it back on it started charging. Add that it never charges when it's switched off. Please advice what can possibly be the problem.
