battery issue

my xperia sp is getting only 11 hours back on 100% battery charge.i kept data traffic off and in stamina mode..then also it's getting 11hours back up.
can anyone help me?

and one more thing i need to know..
When its being charged while turned off, there is a battery icon with a lightning on it. Will it change when its is fully charged?

About the battery icon, there are 3 colors :

When its fully charged, it is green.

When you charge, it is orange.

If you have a low battery (1 at 15%), the light is red.
