Battery drains faster with Lollipop

my phone battery drains extremely quickly. for example, today i had 80% and after about 30 mins of no use whatsoever, is gone down to 60%. didnt even check the time on the device. noticing this for a few weeks. when large apps are opened the charge drops from 80% to about 20% in less than 5mins and shuts down. on recharge becomes 100% in 10mins and drops down again. almost as if the battery has lost the capacity.

But of course, it should give the option to repair the phone by reinstalling the latest update.

I proceed to connect to the charger and appear in the screen 56% but if I turn on, appear with 68%. Please, help. What can I Do?

@GrexZ

If PCC doesn't solve the problem then it's most likely a hardware issue, do you experience the same while on safe mode
