Battery Draining Too Fast

Hi,

Recently I have observing that the battery is draining too fast even when the phone is not in use and the PHONE IS getting HOT VERY HOT...

what should be dont...

Hot because of 3g.. turn brightness to auto low. use only stamina mode. low battery mode is not necessary. with data always on it gives decent battery life. and update to new firmware.. battery back up increased noticiably and i don even use stamina mode in it.

4.2.2 is out check in Pc companion.. if you dont get notification, you wil get in a few day

reason why your battery is draining fast is due to mediaserver is on, and lower screen brightness like coolasrevi said

so how do I stop media server or modify it to work in a lower value

actually mybad it was your wifi hotspot that was on so if your not ussing it then disable it on your phone

Wifi HotSpot usually drains the battery faster since it uses alot of battery usage sorta so never leave it on when your not using it.
