Battery draining even while charging

Please help... I can't seems to charge my z1, the battery keep draining even when i use the wall plug to charge it. Now i think it is totally out. Tried to charge it but red blinking light keep blinking. Tried to press "power+up button" no effect. PC companion can't detect my phone. What shld i do next?? Hope someone can help me

Hi, are you using the original USB Cable & Charger.....may be worth your while trying a different USB Cable then a different wall charger if you have them, that way it rules out the actual chargers/cables as the possible fault........if no luck with that then follow Thommos advice......good luck :smileysmileywink:

I have also gone through this. Reset your phone to factory data, and if you are using a low power charger change it, use more than 1amp
