battery draining even after battery replacement

was facing a huge battery drain.. battery was to last about 4 hours in screen on..went to snow service center they said they will test it.. if there is a issue they will replace it.. they replaced ma battery but der is no change still ma battery drains same as before.. it seems like they didn't replace only...pls help

Have you tried to repair your phone or re-install the latest update? Try it woth Pc Companion or SUS (Sony Update Service)

Ashishf7 You told that you went to service center & they replaced the battery. Do you know if they have replaced the battery with a new one then the newly given battery would have 6 months warranty. Go & tell then that your problem is not solved..

yes have tried everything but nothing working out.. can you say me how much battery backup you guys getting.. ?? if your battery % is 100 how much movie you can see if the movies are of 2 hours..??

cant be so sure but i thnk that with a 100% battery i can see 3-4 movies..but this depends...someone might lower the brightness for exammple...it lasts longer then...someone can use flight mode.again the battery pasts longer...

ya i know that it depends but I just can see 2 movies and as soon i connect to net battery drains out in 2g...

You should go again to a sony service center to hwt rhat fixed..maybe is some hardware issue..

I went today.. they saying we replaced the battery and all Android phones drain and screen is big and bravia engine 2..but said him all problem other user not facing such a heavy drain.. they said drain your battery completely and charge it ..I know all this but nothing is working...pls help wt should i do now

Have you done the first 2-3 drai s and full charges when you got the phone?
