I was using my new Xperia C to play game. At the same, the phone was getting charged with power outlet as well.

But I the battery got drained out quickly, and phoen got turned off.

Shouldn't it use power directly, and not use battery much, when I was charging it the same.

I noticed one more thing, the charging speed of this phone is very very slow. Take hours to completely charge. Basically charging and discharging speeds are same.

if you charge your phone through a computer it will take many hours to charge it, more so if you use it

No, I mentioned, I charged with Power point, not by computer.

Are you using the charger and cable that came with the phone?

It is possible to drain the battery while charging depending on how you use the phone but it should not drain quickly.

the phone gets charged in may be 4 or 5 hours using power not usb ... is this normal !!

Yes, I am using the charger came with the phone.

I was using NFS Hot Pursuit App, battery was almost 40%+, and was charging. and it drained out in 1.5-2 almost hours.

It depends on the charger and what output it has. I tried this here with a standard charger (1000mA) and charging from 14% to 100% takes almost 3h. If your battery is completely drained it will take a little longer and if your charger/cable gives a lower mA it will take longer. If you're using the phone while it's charging it will also take longer.

I tried running 3DMark a few times while charging but the battery stays at the same level. Could you try this with another charger and also make sure it's normal room temperature when you try this?

I have noted that the battery percentage is not an proper value

If i switch off the mobile and recharge, the battery percentage after 2 hours will be shown as 100% and on using it for 5 mts the value will drop by some 20-30%.

Also at times the battery value drops by 5% while using accessing the phone. as if the refresh didnt happen for the battery value while screen was off and just refreshed when i used the screen.

and the mobile goes to off from 3% after few minutes, this behaviour is consistent.
