Battery drain even after battery replacement

I had battery problems back then because the battery was bloated. I decided to take it to a service center and have its battery replaced, they have it replaced. BUT, I still experience this wierd battery drain I have done factory reset and software repair. Nothing worked. Anyone else experience this?

Hi @draxler,

Welcome to the community.

What I recommend, is to charge the phone up to 100%, then use it normally until it reached 10%.

Once it is at 10%, take screenshots of this and post it here. 

This will help us identify if there is a problem app or process.

If your phone is still completely at default from after the software repair, then I recommend you contact your local support team.

Here are my screenshots. The battery drainage is very random. It drains during idle, sometimes when I use it. Please, let me know if there's a culprit or should I return my phone to the service center.

Hey, could you find any solution for the problem with your mobile?

I've got the same battery drain problem, and I've also tried the update/repair thing with Sony Pc Companion. 

Now I'm thinking about having the battery changed. But, seeing your post here made me have second thoughts about that...

I really don't want to spend my money and then still have a useless cellphone. Appreciate the help.

Sorry for the late reply. 

There's significant power drain when your phone wakes. How long did it take get to 10%?

about 12 hours from the time i charged it.
