Battery drain after 4.4 update!

Sony please fix this,

There is a massive battery drain bug in Android 4.4.2 for Xperia Z1.

4.4 its a big update, you should wait a few days before you complain about it, but I do suggest that you re-install 4.4

i agree even while on the charger and doing nothing but texting the battery still drains at abt 1% per 3 minutes its maddening

Hi, in my case, the phone is draining the battery because Google+ is trying to upload all my gallery again.

Could be this what is happening to you?

Please be aware that you will notice a drop in battery life for a period of time after running a repair however this does tend to settle after a week or so.

You have media using the battery.Boot your phone in safe mode,see if the same occurs:

For me is the Google Play service kills my phone in 5 hours after the update to 4.4.2.:-(  I tried reset my phone using update service software still the same things Google Play service kills my phone in a very short time. 😞  Please patch it soon, it is unusable with this battery drain problem! 😞  I was disappointed after the update! 😞
