hi im having problems with my phone. It says battery cannot be charged. You must use a sony erricsson battery. Im using the same charger i always use.
Hi, I assume that you are using genuine SE battery, is it removable? If it is, see if battery removal and installation helps. As for 'same charger' = genuine SE charger?
By the way, what phone are you using?
Its a C510. And ive tried taking battery out and putting it back in nothing works. And yes its the genuine charger ive always used for this phone
To be honest, I have no idea .... You may want to consider reflashing software, however, this will erase phone data completely.
How about a few more attempts?
