Battery Charging problem in Xperia M c1904

Hi Concerned,

I have just bought Sony Xperia M c1904 a week ago. I liked the phone but I am very sad with battery charging problem. The problem is whenever I put it on charging for a while it starts charging , but any random point it stops charging without any reason and charging light also turns off. The strange thing is when I unplug charger mobile says unplug it from socket to save energy which means hardware is working fine its the operating system which stops the charging even when charger is on. I tried charging phone with another charger but it doest charge mobile until you restart it.

I have been to your service center , however it felt bad to go to service center very next day of purchase they told me that problem is in charger. I can definitely go and get it changed but I don't see any point of changing a hardware when there is a possibility of software bug. As I tried charging it with three different chargers it gives the same problem.

I hope to here from you soon, because if such silly problem is bothering a customer after two days of purchase its really very annoying. I hope you understand . But i still like the performance and other features of this sony mobile.

Thanks

Naveen

Same problem... mine is C1905

it lead into a confusion, should I wait for that notification comes up or just unplug it right after it reach 100% charged.. hence, it shows to "unplug to save energy" right after i unplugged the charger...

very weird... and confusing

Hi ,

This is very strange that there is no reply from any sony form person to help me out with this problem. Its been more then two weeks for this post still no reply. The mobile still have the chraging problem and its not been fixed in the new firm ware update as well.

Please look into my problem, as it freaks me out to restart it twice or thice if i need it to reach full 100 percent recharge in one go.

Thanks

Dear Concerned,

It is very sad that till this time there is no reply from any of your care person not even a single reply. I do not see any use of Xperia care if noone is replying or attending customers problems. I have got it checked from your technical experts in Sony care center. According to him charger and even the charging port in the mobile working as normal. Now he says he want to check the handset which means he want open and check the circuit, but I don't understand why there is a need of opening a newly bought handset. This is really very embarrassing that a brand like Sony is taking its very new handset to open and check. This mobile is not old or out of warranty it has been only a month since I bought it.

I think if you guys are not replying to that means you know the problem and want to attend it. That's really bad for a brand like Sony. You may loose a mobile customer but the biggest thing you will loose is my reputation for Sony which I will share with my world.
