Battery charge level drops

Hi im new here so apologies if this has been  assked before.   My problenms started about 4 mnt ago aug 15 approx and i have a feeling related to android 5.1.1 update as was around same time.

 For the past 4 months or so i have been having problems with my Z1.   it's the battery.    When charging and phone switched off it would show its at 9% for example but when I switch it on it shows its at 80% for example.    It also seems to drain the battery superfast.   I watched last night when it was at 34% but then literally the seconds counted down to zero before my eyes and in 20 seconds it was empty.  Tonight it was at 74% but froze.  I restarted it and it went  down to 9%. It then  ran out and i put it on to charge ( while switched off) within 15-20 mins it was back at 66%.     when stamina mode comes on it switches off almost immediately.  i have removed the majority of downloaded apps and disabled all running apps.

Can nayone help please.

Once you repair the phone with PCC do the following twice 

charge the phone 100% use it as you normally would then once the battery reaches 10%

settings > power management > battery > take screenshots of:

1. the list

2. tap on the graph and take a screenshot

3. back > tap on the top 4 items on the list > take a screenshot of each 

post them all here or upload the screenshots to box or dropbox or google drive or etc and post the link
