Battery bug after 4.2.2 update

Battery shows 100% charged but when I remove charger it shows the actual charge at ~70%. Even when discharging the battery appears not to drain and remains at 100% but phone dies at ~30%.

I actually would recommend for a factory reset with data backup, as this bug is more OS related. And even repair software through PC Companion. But first try restarting phones once or twice before looking into those above steps. Reply if problem persists.
