Hey Sony,
Fifteen days ago I bought the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua. Last night I was using Whatsapp. My battery was almost dead, so I already had plugged my phone into the socked. Suddenly my mobile got a black screen. Very weard! I plugged my wire out of the socked, and immediately I plugged it back into. Normally, I see a little orange light, meaning my phone is loading. But I saw no light and my screen kept black. After fifteen minutes or so, my mobile came alive. I decides to go to bed and keep my phone plugged in, because the battery had a very low charge. The next morning, my battery was full and I was able to turn my phone on. But after like two hours my battery had a charge of 20%. I don’t know what is wrong. Could you tell me?
did it happen again? or was it just yesterday?
One rule of the battery is that you should not let it get depleted.
it is better to occasionaly charge your phone when you can than to let it get to 0%-100% in one charging.
No it was just yesterday. But it seems like my battery or phone is a little bit confused. Because the one time my phone says the battery has a charge of 50% and the second time it says the battery has a charge of something like 32%. So it still shifts from 50% to anther number. I am charging my phone for like 4 hours now. And it still isn't full.
Thanks for the tip!
Turn off the phone > charge it for 30 minutes > repair it with PCC > report back

My Wife had an Xperia M4 Aqua for 3 months, when it went dead. I looked at the blogs but got no where. I suspected a battery problem. Eventually we set out for the service provider technical help. First thing he did was press the hidden reset button inside one of the small covours & bingo! Sorry guys I would have thought bloggers could have known that. Sorry I don't have a Sony.
