Batter drains while charing. HELP

im charging my phone and video calling at the same time. My phone drains faster that it charge! 

its a serious issue because most of the phone dosen't have this problem. please advice

The SUS formated my phone and stuffs are kind of messed up such as my alblum (dint get the latest update and i cant get it form the update center) and also my keyboard ( dint get the latest update). what should i do?

You should be able to get next updates from update centre.That is why I suggested a clean install from SUS,I thought it will work.Still the same?

This happened to my sis phone too *Xperia Z* 

the reason is that one of the program you're using is cuasing that,  probably the app draining the batter faster than it usual condition I got a way to fix my sis phone so try one of these two options they fixed my sis phone

1-restart your phone normaly 

2- if the first option did not help then try this Hold the power button and the volume + button togather at the same time for 3-5 sec the phone will vibrate 3 times and restart the phone automaticly this should help if its not then I suggest you to check the service center or just reset your phone ^^;
