Bad Service Complaint

Myself Dhruv Koradia Job number W115070604620 From Ahmedabad-Gujarat I submitted my Xperia z3 compact to sony center for problem of speaker. And they told me to wait for 10-15days I waited for 15 days. After 15days i called to sony center about my phone, and they answered that it will still take one week to replace that part. Means i havent got my phone on time. Say me a thing, shall courier service takes 10days to reach parts to Ahmedabad? I think no. Our indian courier services just take 4 days maximum to reach a part from one place to other. What  is sony doing? If we are buying a 45,000rs phone then what the use of spending money on your sony? And other major thing is that sony care center have replaced 7 parts of my phone without informing me. Then even changed the screen which was working good. The speaker which is mentioned in job sheet is still pending to be changed, but they changed 7 parts of my phone.. At least they have to inform me that dear customer there r other problems and we have to replace them. But they havent inform me. And i had put 1300rs screen protector on my screen. If then changed a working screen then who will pay my 1300rs? I have paid for this phone, then there is no right for sony to change any any parts without letting me know... The part which is mentioned in job sheet is still pending after 15 days, and parts which are working properly and which are not mentioned in job sheet are replaced without letting me know... What is sony doing? I dont want now that phone back, i must got a new xperia x3 compact from sony retail shop. I cant trust you now, may be u replaced many things or either its duplicate who knows, i dont trust you, i now need a new phone only from retail shop. Its matter of 45,000rs and sony haven't given me thinking i am beggar. Its my own money. And i dont trust now on your service. So within a week i want a new phone from the retail shop of sony... And other thing ahmedabad sony care center was not behaving properly with me When i asked why you have changed They told that i dont know, and said that you check invoice at the time when your phone is ready. Seriously strange and on this sony company.
