Bad Service Complaint

on 22 April 2013. due to the problem of "not detecting the sim card and auto reboot".

i was said to wait to 10-14 days if there was any replacement of PCB, and if its is only a software or part problem then it will be given within 4-5 days.

m continuously following for the status on both places on care center no.1800-300-2800 also on service center but the dates are continuously delaying that may be after 4 days then after 5 days and so on...

now one part has been changed but PCB is in backorder from last 6/05/2013....but comitment dates are moving on...

you are requested please to mark a real and effective repair date of repairing of my cellphone solve my problem ASAP. it  is a long time from 22/04/13 till today.
m helpless without my phone....

thanks....at last i got my phone back on 28/05/2013..........but.....m surprized to see that its bettery drains very very fast....even i charge it upto full before sleeping and place it near my pillow...but in the morning when i wake up...phone power was nill....it was off then....is it a usually problem come after replacement of PCB??????????

it is discrging 3to 4% bettery in one to two minuts while calling....does is need to care service again,.....m afraid to give it back to the service centre because og too much delaying and slow response???

Glad to hear you got your phone back.

When the phone is new or reset the battery usage may be higher for a while. It's also possible that your battery has been replaced and it takes a while to reach full capacity. That battery usage sounds very high but i suggest you use the phone for a week or so and see if it gets better.

ya i try to charge but it just reach hardly upto 80--85 % then takes very long time to get charhed for more %. but still after removing the charger got drain in 2-3 hours also in standby mode.......will it can be a major problem....if i have to submitt it to service center again....m afraid of a long repairing time spell again for this...thats why i dont wana go for it....m helpless for continue keep it on charging for use
