Its very BAD experience to have a costly phone of SONY make.
I Purchased Xperia U just 12 days before. after some days when i got a call from someone and tried to pick up the phone, there was nothing on display but the phone was ringing. I noticed the phone was working except the display. Then i opened the battery & reinstalled & found working ok.
But when i got up in morning and to set off the alarm, the phone was extremely hot & also nothing on the display.
The i went to sony authorized service center. Here the another bad experience with the authorized technician. He asked to refresh the set by reinstalling the software. I told him that there is some short ckt in device as the device is working with open batt. cover & the display gets off when fixing the batt. (back) cover. But he wasted my 4 hours & at last I was asked to send my set to company for repair.
I regret to have the phone of Sony brand. because i have used 6 phones of Nokia in last 10 years and never get any trouble from that brand.
