backup Z3 very slow

Good morning , I'm trying to do my backupcompleto z3 using sony pc companion but every time I said that we will put 150 hours to finish. What am I doing wrong ?

You are choosing too much data. Choose only settings,messages,contacts,calendars etc. Manually copy media files.
