It should be quite easy
Apps: as soon as you log in with your gmail to your Xperia E, you sould be able to download all your apps, same goes for your "Contacts" if you have synced them with Google.
Contacts: Phone app > menu > filter > google
as far as pictures, music and video if they are on an SD card your phone should recognize them
