Backup & Restore Problem!! Please HELP!!

Hi,

I have a Sony Xperia Ray. I recently updated my phone. Before updating i had installed back & restore on my Phone and backed up all the contacts , messages, market application etc. on my memory card. After updation of my phone, i again installed Bacup and restore and tried to restore my information. But it contnously gives me an error "Could not restore data". When i browse my memory card i can see the "SBF" file in "/sdcard/data/backup/". PLS TELL ME HOW CAN I RESTORE MY DATA!!!....Thanks in Advance!!!

I have done that as well...But still the result is same....and i just have this backup file which i have to restore coz all my data is gone now...

Maybe the backup file is corrupt. If so I don't think you will be able to restore it.

I think that Sprite backup can manage the SBF format, check with the developer of Sprite backup on Play Store before purchasing the application.
