I have really big problem with creating a backup. Few days ago I crashed my screen in tablet. Unfortunately I had a password for unlocking my device. So when I try to creat backup by Sony PC Companion it tell me that i must to unlock my device because it can't conect without unlocking. Is it possible to creat a backup in my situation ?
