backlight problem

hi friends im using xperia neo v mobile i m here with a new issue regarding the backlight.

when i lock my screen using the power button the backlight gets off (common in all mobiles) after 10 to 15 sec the back light glows again

this is happning with me too, i also have a Neo V, I thought its common soo ingnored it.

Yes when the phone is switched off, then after few seconds the sony thingy appears than the phone gets off

Just same as mine I was encountering this problem too.. Can anyone sony support how to fix this problem?
