After going from any app or setting screen to my home page, the wallpaper (regardless of what it is) seams to jump around before settling in the middle or just freeze and leave white noise marks around parts of the display, this problem happens with all types of wallpaper.
Any help would be appreciated, and yes I have tried turning it off and on again.
