background flickers

Hi guys ! Why after upgrading to 4.3 every time I stepped into and out from the background menu flickers? I have tried several times to reset it or change it but every time it's always the same thing

Did you try to disable auto brightness?

Yes, I've tried all type of solution but the problem persists
