Background Defocus doesn't work

Why this camera app doesn't work on Xperia Z3+?
I tried to delete cache and data on Camera App and Background Defocus App.
Still doesn't work.

I tried also Factory Reset.
Still doesn't work.

"Could not blur background” error, ever and ever.

P.S.

I'm a professional photographer, but sometime I need to take a photo with my Z3+.
I read the tutorial for Background Defocus app, easy to use, but impossible to realize.

Please Sony, what is the problem?

Cause you ain't using it or the camera properly. The background defocus app is a great app and can give superb results. As above read the above mentioned link it's got some great advice on using the xperia camera
