Back up & Restore

I just updated the Xperia X10aphone to Android ver 2.3.3, baseband ver 2.1.71. Before doing so I used the back up and restore application. This ap has now disappeared and I cannot restore my data. When I connect phone to a computer I can see the back up file (.sbf) but cannot read it. How do I restore it?

Save the apk to your phone SD Card, use a file manager app to search and install it to your phone. Make sure Unknown sources is enabled, Settings>Applications, tick Unknown source.
