Back Light - Adjustment Problem in Xperia SP

Hi,

I’m unable to Switch back to my previous Light Setting.

Assume that I’m using 70% of Brightness in Back Light Turned “ON”

Then if I turn OFF the backlight, Then Brightness goes to 0%. That’s fine. Slightly_smiling_Face

Again When I Turn ON the Backlight, The Brightness Level Goes to 100%. Slightly_frowning_Face

How can I get it to 70% again as default, rather adjusting the brightness manually every time..????

Regards,

Siva Kumar.

do you have an app or how are you changing this brightness settings? (widget, apps, settings menu)?

Hi,

I'll switch my Backlight ON/OFF in Status Switch Widget only.

But Brightness I'll go to Settings>Display>Brightness Menu Slightly_frowning_Face for Everytime.

regards,

Siva.

Hi. I found the same as you with the 100% brightness using the widget. I feel that I have a different problem. When I select "Adapt to lighting conditions" the screen just seems to go a little darker but it doesn't change when I cover the light sensor.

Does anybody know how I can check if the light sensor is working?

I have exactly the same problem... it is most annoying especially in bright conditions where you can't see the display properly to manually adjust the brightness settings.... Sony sort this out!
