After the above told problem of screen keys not working I took my phone to Sony mobile service center at Sony care center Thakkar mall, Borivali (w), Mumbai -92
They replied that Sony do not provide xperia GO support for phones out of Warranty. They are not even accepting my phone to submit.
It's only 15-16 months Sony launched this phone "Xperia GO ST27i”. And I left my warranty for only 16 days
How can they End of Life this phone?
Does that mean I wasted my money by buying this phone?
This is really a highly negative feedback for Sony support. This is a pathetic condition of any support I have ever seen.
