Back Button Problem

I have a Z2 and recently the back button has stoppped working in certain apps such as Album, Walkman, Chrome, Text, Email.

It works fine in other areas of the phone though so I'm thinking this is a software issue. I don't really want to factory reset the device so has anyone got any suggestions as to what to do?

Try in the safe mode as well!

Get the power menu!
Tap and hold "Power off" and tap "OK"

I tried resetting via the red button next to the SIM card. That seemed to work for about a day but now i've got the same issue again.

Anyone got any ideas?

I think you should try a software repair:
