Awful customer support for Xperia X8 (Turkey)

I'm writing from Turkey almost 1 year ago i bought an Xperia x8 (280 $) from a local official dealer everything was nice till 2 months ago. Suddenly device power went off w/o any visible reason. We sent the device to Sony customer support service with invoice and warranty paper.Almost 3 weks later they claim us an invoice of 450TL(which makes 250 $ almost) saying that they will send a new device and a report states that problem is due to wrong usage etc. We refused the claim invoice and send the device again for investigation so after a while a short report received saying that lock mechanisim inside charge plug close to mainboard was broken. From outside there is no even a scratch on the phone or on the charge plug,all charging was done with original accessory but most probably a design mistake leads to this problem. Later-on i saw smiliar claims regarding this phone from internet. I'm really dissapointed that Sony tries to cover their design&/or manufacturing concern by accusing the customers. I regret not to buy a different brand and trying to prosecute them on the consumer court.

I'm sorry to hear about this but I suggest that you raise this with your local support team.
