Autorotate

My autorotate has stopped working, I think the hardware has gone because I've tried safe mode checks and the problem is there aswell.

My phone is only a few months old contract and still in warranty but I'm not sure who to contact, Sony burned me for the free headphones that were meant to come with it so I hope they help me out!

Items in the box vary per region, and even in the same country they might be different. 

As for the auto rotate, you could restart the phone or test the phone on >>> safe mode

Hey, thanks for replying
There was meant to be free headphones but they asked me to wait two weeks then emailed to say the offer was out of date.
I've started it in safe mode and the problem is still there I also used the thing with a rolling ball and the ball only goes up and down, not side to side which I take to mean a hardware issue, I really just want to know if Sony should fix it or not

But you should repair the phone with PCC and report back, if your phone has a magnetic case, you should remove it
