autorotate homescreen

I bought xperia c 10 days back. some times the home screen
auto rotates but since last 3-4 days its not autorotating, whole autorotate is on and while seeing album or video it rotates aytomatically. but the homescreen is not autorotating

The homescreen won't rotate, in some Xperias this only happen if the phone is on its Dock

If you want to rotate homescreen use a launcher, there you will have an option to rotate the screen or not.
