Automatically turn off

Dear support team,

I have a problem about my arc S, when I turn on the Flight mode, leave it alone go dark screen, after 30 mins unlock the phone, the phone will no respond, seems truned off, or may reboot itself automatically.

I was try many times with same result

I would backup everything and then repair the phone with either PC Companion or Update Service

btw do you have 2.3.4?

settings -> about phone -> android version

if after you repair/update your phone with PC Companion or Update Service 2.3.4 it's not available on your country you can either wait few more weeks or manually update your phone, this is how

My Xperia arc S is brend new used 1 week, no more new update available

yeah..but click on update anyway

if the message pops up "your phone is up to date "

click on install anyway or update anyway..
