Automatically launching & closing apps?

My Xperia S is automatically launching and closing apps.It seems that someone has hacked my phone.

I have restarted the phone but still problem occurs sometimes.

This could be a software issue on the device, I would suggest uninstalling any new apps from the handset and testing to see if the issue continues.

If the above does not resolve the issue, I would perform a Factory Data Reset, this will remove data from the handsets memory but will not touch a SIM card or memory card.

Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset.
