Automatically goes to SILENT MODE!

I just upgraded my phone to 4.0.4 two months ago, From then my phone sometimes, goes to SILENT MODE automaticaly. How can it be possible? Is there any solution?

I suggest that you try to reboot your phone but if it happen again you should try to run a software reinstall using SUS.
