After updating to 4.3 auto sync is always on when I of that after 4,5 minute. It automatically on and downloadable themes are not supportable, timeshift bust is not their and social cam option is also missing,,, your reply is. Useful for me,,,, so reply please and help me

Hi, 

You can turn off auto sync under settings > Auto-sync. 

You can also turn off auto updating of apps under Google Play Store > settings > update apps automatically > Don't updates apps automatically.
