Auto-rotate screen in quick settings menu

I am very satisfied with my new Sony Xperia M and it suits me almost perfectly,

except that there is no quick way (without installing any addidional applications) to switch auto-rotation off and on.

Some phones have a quick setting menu that can be dragged left to right to see more quick settings,

but since Sony Xperia M doesn't have this it would be nice to have this setting in Quick Settings Tools (the one with hotspot, bluetooth, backlight, airplane mode, GPS, roaming, NFC ...) so people can easily switch auto-rotation.

Also, why isn't there an option to turn off auto-capitalisation in Xperia M?

If you go to settings do you have a personalisation settings - If you do open it then you will have the ability to select Quick settings and be able to add more features to the drop down menu from your home screen

As for Capitals - Open settings then Language and input then select the keyboard you are using, Normally Xperia keyboard and tap on the settings icon to the right then select personalisation guide and select the bottom option ie: Never want letters replaced

I don't have an option to select wanted quick settings and the "Never replace letters or words" in the keyboard personalization guide doesn't work.
