auto rotate malfunction after update

after the lastest system update to my phone, the camera become weird.
the result when i take picture in holding the phone horizontal and vertical will oways shown in horizontal form.

i cann't even find a setting to change it.

attachment: you will think that i'm holding the camera in horizontal position, but actully i hold it straight/ vertical.
( no matter how i turn my phone, the camera icon (right side) is still remain the same.)

after update, my phone "Temple Run" also no effect in tilt left and right.

 other thing like browser, apps... all cannot rotate.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

First of all I suggest that you turn of your device by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the phone vibrates. Start it up normally and see if you still experience the same behavior. 

If the issue persists, I would suggest that you first of all try to reinstall/repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".
