Auto-rotate keeps turning off

This happens while i'm watching a youtube video, or i'm looking at photos. I want to keep it on landscape mode, but sometimes auto rotate turns off. 

ALSO, when i'm watching a video from Feedly app, sleep mode keeps turning off my screen. It shouldn't be doing that if i'm watching a video, yet it does.

I doesn't seem to happen with safemode.
