Audio problems on Z1 Compact

From yesterday the volume of my telephone (ringtones, sms, email, videos and music from the speaker) is very very low. The software is updated to kitkat 4.4.4 and till yesterday it had no problems.

Someone can help me?

Did you try a simple restart?

Yes, more times. But it didn't resolve the problem

Try settings-apps-all-sound enhancements,force stop and clear data.Restart.
