audio problem with xperia j

i too am facing the audio problem previously there were no issues at all. If i use headphones then my phone speaker doesn't work i have to restart the phone & vice-versa. I am facing this issue from past 7 days.

help me out with this issue.

I suggest that you try to update/repair the phone software using PC Companion:
