Audio Output Setting while making/receiving calls

Why I am always required to select the headset earpiece whenever I want to make or answer a call in my newly purchased sony xperia Z5 premium? 

It was fine when the phone was brand new, but since after using SBH80 bluetooth headset, I need to select headset earpiece everytime while making or receiving calls and by default it now has becomes phone speaker output.

I tried many ways like - 

1. Checking the device after disconnecting SBH80.

2. Clear data of smart connect (in ALL, App, Settings)

3. Force stop of Smart Connect App.

Requesting you to please provide your prompt response on the said issue.

If I got this right, while your SBH80 is not connected and you try to make/receive calls your audio is automatically redirected to loud speakers?

Did you try uninstalling or clearing cache of SBH80 app?

Yes, You got it exactly right.

But there is no SBH80 app in my mobile! I checked it in settings<All and cannot find any app related to SBH80.

It not possible for me to wear SBH80 everytime and in its absence I want to make/answer calls only through headset earpiece in a silent way. I never want to make calls through the loudy phone speaker.

I believe (may be wrong) there is no app specially dedicated to SBH80 headset. All its functions are indirectly controlled through smart connect app which is already force stopped by me earlier.

Could anyone let me know, what is the exact solution to overcome this serious problem?
