Audio notification internal speaker

Hi, i listening to crackly notification sound.  I realized that come from the internal speaker instead by the external speaker. Somebody know a solution?

There's no internal external speaker, one is the loud speaker (bottom) and the top is the ear speaker. have you exposed your phone to water?
