Audio jack only work if I put water in there

 Yes, it is very strange. My Audio jack won't detect my headphone in dry condition, but if I dunk it in water or splash it with water, it will work again. I feel something wrong happen with water detection.

I tried factory reset, remove smart connect, and headphone check with secret service check.

One year ago my back of the phone was broken and was dunked so the water ever went inside the system, but it was all removed by putting in to the uncooked rice for 1 day.

The back of the phone still in broken condition and this strange audio is start happened since I tried remove sim card.

Any help?

This is a hardware issue, you will have to contact your Local support regarding this.

Welcome to the community.

I believe Uliwooly may be right on this one, but before you book a repair just check the audio jack is clean of any debris. Using a can of compressed air is a good way to do this. Because it's only working while it is wet, it would indicate to me that the port has something blocking the circuit.
