Audio issues.

Hi Sony,

My Sony xperia lt28 at audio works for the notificacions although not for the media. If i use the radio as Speaker with the earplug Works. 

Please advise, is an Att cellphone but right now i am overseas and is outside of a contract. Already Flash it erasing all the data and it did not work.

If the speaker is not working even after a software repair or Factory Reset, then I can only suggest that the device be looked at by a Service centre.

Hi Jake,

Thank you for your prompt response.

I just found a work around, please see the steps below:

1- Opened the fm radio.

2- Set the Speaker option. ( while i was doing that previously the Speaker would work but nothing else).

3- play the fm radio in the background.

4- Open another application that uses media sound. ( Walkman application does not work, please use any other application as youtube or play a video from Facebook).

5- Unplug the earphones.

6- Bang! There you have your sound back and stereo.

Hi Jake,

Now it does not recognize the earphones when i plug it in. any ideas?
